Yesterday at around 23:00, the team was called out to assist in a search, for a vulnerable missing male, in the Okehampton area.
Supported by our colleagues from Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team – Tavistock and dog from Mountain. Rescue Search Dogs England we searched likely areas identified between Okehampton and Belstone.
Once the identified area’s had been searched, the teams stooddown at 4am, with the plan to reconvene in the morning.
Before the search continued he was located safe and well.
