The team were called out around 0730 to assist Exmoor Search & Rescue Team in the continuation of a search for a missing person, in the Ashil area.
The team also worked along side members from Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service urban search and rescue as well as Devon & Cornwall Police.
Teams searched open farmland and the surrounding area, supported by Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England and ESRT, DCP and USAR’s Drone Teams.
The team was stood down, without a find, at 1800, whilst police continued to look at further enquires.
